Worst hotels ever, very dirty

The worst experience I ever had with hotels, this hotels rate is 5 stars they lie about it I give this hotels 1 star and this too much, not clean at all bathrooms is so dirty, toilet is so bad not clean, bath tub horrible black spots and mud everywhere I couldn't take shower, of course food also not clean. The worst hotel ever Don't go there service is bad, everything about this hotel is bad, I call them to clean the room and still so bad, I am going to call the ministry of tourism Egypet to complain and I have all the photos I am going to send them, not fear to lie to people about rating Very horrible experience

Unpleasant experience

Location is superb, ease of access to everywhere

The rooms are poorly cleaned , the whole facility is not properly ventilated, accordingly there is a bad odor in the room, the hotel facilities, the tub is not properly fixed leaking The staff response to complains is as if never happened, noise from the party areas is so loud that disturb sleeping, air conditioner is so noisy.......I don’t see why this hotel is rated as five stars..... I would not use it again and never recommend it to anybody

Enjoyed couple of days (for change); tasted Alexandria during the holy month of Ramadan.

The location.

Things need to be revamped. Towels are very very very old. The floor is not marble as mentioned, and the path room require renovation. You need to pay for car parking. The AD says “Breakfast included” which is not Iftar (for Muslims in the holy month of Ramadan”; instead of that they serve “Sahoor”, this should be clarified in the booking details.

Good value hotel, comparable to a 3* American hotel.

The member of staff managing the breakfast every day was so kind and lovely! There is a free shuttle to their beach every hour.

There was literally garbage and dirt between the bed and the wall, the majority of the staff weren’t friendly or helpful, and the amenities of the hotel seemed a bit lacking.

The hotel is based in an excellent location and the view of the seaside is just superb.

The food served in the restaurants. I ordered a club sandwich and it made me really ill.

For the 96$ that I paid, the room was overpriced.

Nice location, close to Stanley beach/bridge, by the corniche of Alexandria.

- Staff are stressed and sometimes rude to clients. - When entering, you are bombarded with No food no drinks signs, you don't even get what these sheets are for. - The room was just fine, with rusty equipment, bad quality shower products, no slippers, and barely the minimum number of towels.

A very fantastic stay- Honeymooners

We reserved a room for 1 night, however when they knew that we are honeymooners, we were treated as honeymooners suite and got a cake and complementary breakfast in room Also they allow us to have late check out Excellent stay, will definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.

Using the hotel facilities as the pool was not really available during Ramadan Month fasting ,

Location is amazing . Breakfast was really good The rest of the staff are good and helpful

The swimming pool was supposed to work till sunset but the life guard was so rude and told us that he is done by 4 PM and refused to let us use the pool and when is asked why he said it is Ramadan month and he is fasting , so I went back to the reception and they called him to let us in , but next day the same happened and I gave up calling the reception They need to know that I played for my stay to use all the common facilities in the hotel and the guy who is working if can't do the job he shouldn't be there
